Plastic Manufacturing
We manufacture a wide range of bespoke and stock orthoses from various thermoplastics. These are typically from copolymer and homopolymer polypropylene, low and high density polyethylene and expanded foams. We can manufacture from traditional plaster moulds or 3D images.
A range of transfers is also available to further customise the appearance of the device.
Metal Work
Many orthoses still require the skills of experienced metalwork technicians
At Relief Orthotics we have retained an in house department to provide the necessary service for both conventional and plastic devices.
Footwear Repair / Adapts
In addition to supplying patients with bespoke and stock footwear, we are able to provide a comprehensive repair and adaptation service.
