This type of seating is at the front end of technology in wheelchair seating. The profile of the client is achieved using the RoSkan System. This image is then used in conjunction with a CAD/CAM milling machine to carve the client profile from a polyurethane foam block.
To complete the process the carved foam block is moulded into a plastic shell, a washable cover and straps fitted as appropriate. The system is then interfaced as necessary.
